Margaret Rose Hucko
Margaret Rose “Peggy” Hucko, 80, of Washington, formerly of the South Side, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022. She was born April 23, 1942, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Beatrice and Ira James Brott, and younger sister to the late Lois Ann Kasper.
Peggy was employed by Lomakin Music, Pittsburgh area Hallmark stores, and Bridgeville Kmart. She enjoyed reading, going to the casino, watching football and hockey, and spending time with her Washington Arbors friends.
Surviving are her daughter, Mary Lynn (Paul) Duda of Washington; and grandchildren, Nathan, Wesley (Rachel), and Nicole.
At her request, there will be no public visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 26, in Immaculate Conception Church, St. James Parish, 119 W. Chestnut Street, Washington, with the Rev. John Lynam as celebrant. Interment will be private.
