Lynne Marie Williams Scott
Lynne Marie Williams Scott, 62, of Washington, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, died unexpectedly surrounded by family and close friends Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Washington Hospital.
She was born September 5, 1960, a daughter of the late David J. and Carolyn J. Cherrington Williams.
Lynne was a 1978 graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School. She attended Ohio University and was a graduate of Median School of Allied Health Careers for Dental Assisting.
She was a loving and giving person who had a wonderful sense of humor and was known for her distinct cackle. She was an avid reader and a fabulous crocheter, she was always making a blanket for someone. She was very passionate about history and loved all animals.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Scott II in 2014.
She is survived by her children, Marisa A. Siegler and Richard A. Scott III; sister, Laurie (Bill) Riggle; stepsister, Marianne (John) Campbell; stepmother, Mary Lou Williams; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth (Gary) Hohman and Susan (Paul) Spiroff; best friend of 48 years, Lori Sogoloff Gorman; dear friend and neighbor, Nadine Pleil; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
