Camille Kay Kramer Sushel
Camille Kay Kramer Sushel, 80, passed away peacefully in the home of her daughter on Saturday, September 10, 2022.
She was born on June 27, 1942, in Bridgeville, the first of three children of the late John and Lillian Kramer.
On August 26, 1961, she married Anthony “Tony” Sushel who died on December 16, 2000. Together they raised two children and founded United Fabricating Inc. in Claysville.
Camille was an avid reader and a keen businesswoman. Her favorite pastime, however, was spending time with her family. She was exceptionally proud of her children and took great joy in being a grandmother and, in recent years, being a great grandmother to Sylvia and Brynn.
Camille is survived by her children, Amy Levine and John (Tracy) Sushel; granddaughters, Kate (Tyler) Buchanan, Austin (Tyler) Lash, Melissa (Ted) Waddell, and Sarah Sushel (fiance Levi West); sister and best friend, Alberta (Denny) Marchand; brother, Pete (Marilyn) Kramer; several nieces, and a nephew. She will be deeply missed by her family.
In addition to her parents and husband, Camille was preceded in death by her companion, Leonard DuCouer.
The family is very grateful to Marcia Kramer and Advantage Hospice for providing wonderful care to Camille in the last months of her life.
