James John Hartman
James “Jimmy” John Hartman, 56, of Washington, died Monday, September 19, 2022, in his home, surrounded by family.
He was born February 20, 1966, in Canonsburg, a son of Malaunie N. Kennedy Lucas of Washington, and the late James Matthew Hartman.
A graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School, he also attended California University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hartman worked at I.G.S. Industries.
He had tremendous love for his nieces, nephews, great-neice, great-nephew and dogs, especially for his dog, Gracie, who was his best pal.
An avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan, Jimmy was always eager to lend a hand, and would help anyone.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are two siblings, Michelle R. Wrubleski of Washington and Michael A. (Leanna) Lucas of Bethel Park; nieces and nephews, Malarie McKinney, Matthew (Heather) McKinney, Brett Wrubleski, John Lucas and Daniel Lucas; and great-niece and nephew, Ameara Chandler and Jahseri Chandler.
Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, September 24, and from 1 to 3 p.m., the time of service, Sunday, September 25, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Brian Greenleaf officiating.
