Lois Joanne Scott Walter
Lois Joanne Scott Walter, long-time resident of Washington, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 17, 2022. She was born December 4, 1931, to Harry Scott and Elizabeth Ellen Jones Scott in Arcadia, Kansas.
