Lucille G. Hillberry
Lucille G. Hillberry, 96, of California, died Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
She was born Saturday, February 26, 1927, in West Pike Run Township, a daughter of the late Bert T. Gatten and Lucy Liming Gatten.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by two husbands, Glenn Hormel (1980) and John Regester (1987); four brothers, John, Norman, James and Chester Gatten; and her son, Brian Hormell (2019).
Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Glenda Caprini and husband Peter of Addison; daughter-in-law, Carla Hormell of Midland City, Ala.; eight grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, for a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 26.
Interment will be in Westland Cemetery.
