Catherine M. Metrovich
Catherine M. Metrovich, age 99, of McDonald, passed on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
She was born January 9, 1923 in Bulger, a daughter of Frank and Mary Salopeck Bozicevich.
Mrs. Metrovich was a member of St. Isidore the Farmer Parish in McDonald. She enjoyed reading, gardening, polka dancing, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
On May 15, 1948, she married Leonard “Benny” Metrovich, who passed, November 24, 2010.
Surviving are many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a brother, Michael Bozicevich; three sisters, Rose Hackimer, Helen Merdo, and Evonne Dan.
Family will receive friends 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 3, in Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, PA. 15057. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 3, in St. Isidore the Farmer Parish, St. Alphonsus worship site, 219 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, PA. 15057. Interment will follow in Center Cemetery Midway, PA. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Isidore the Farmer Parish.
