Kenneth H. Lippencott

Kenneth H. Lippencott, 83, passed away in Ashburn, Va. Sunday, October 22, 2023, with his family by his side. Ken was born in Brownsville June 4, 1940, lived much of his life in McMurray, and since 2015 was in Shannondale, W.Va.

Ken was predeceased by his wife, Carol.

He is survived by his son, Brett; and daughter, Erin (Atle). Ken’s heart belonged to his grandchildren, Jane, Cooper, Kristian and Helene.

Throughout their lives Ken was a consistent cheerleader at their athletic events, patient teacher of skills with household tools, and energetic guide to the best fishing spots.

Ken was the oldest of four brothers, and his younger siblings, Robert (Sue), Barry (Patricia), and Thomas (Susan) miss him dearly and cherish the often hilarious memories they made with him. Ken is also survived by his brother-in-law, David Caputo (Alice).

Ken led a full life, leaving behind many people who have been touched by his generous spirit, loving heart, and larger than life personality.
