Sharon M. Rutan, 79, passes away peacefully, Thursday, November 2, 2023.

She was born November 9, 1943, in Washington, a daughter of the late Charles and Florence Clutter Loughman.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation. A memorial service to celebrate Sharon’s life will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, November 11, 2023 in New Life in Christ Church, 600 Allison Ave., Washington, PA 15301.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342.
