Richard Vernon Supler Sr.
Richard Vernon Supler Sr., 81, of Waynesburg, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
He was born on November 26, 1941, to the late Clifford and Leona Supler.
He was married to Marilyn Supler for 17 years and had five children. He spent the last eight years with his companion, Dorene Cook.
In addition to his companion, Dorene, and his former wife, Marilyn, he is survived by four children: Richard Jr., Rosa, Mark and Petrina Supler; brother, Carl Supler; many grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Henry Supler; and two brothers, Robert and Roy Supler.
Richard enjoyed watching westerns, going out to eat and drinking Pepsi. His last employment was at Breese Rest Home in Claysville.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 14th at Prosperity Cemetery. Following the burial, friends and family are invited to a luncheon at 12:30 p.m. at Rolling Meadows Church of God.
