Anna R. Mull
Anna R. Mull, 84, of Cecil Township, passed Sunday, October 22, 2023.
She was born June 12, 1939, in Washington, a daughter of Thomas and Cora Caldwell Moore.
Mrs. Mull was a hard worker for her entire life. She was a nurse’s aide, working for many local nursing homes, her last being with Hawthorne Woods in Washington, where she retired in 2021 after being diagnosed with cancer.
On June 9, 1956, she married David James Mull Jr., who passed, after over 65 years of marriage, October 3, 2021.
Anna was known for spreading God’s word. She loved her dog, Ginger and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she adored.
Surviving are a daughter, Tracey (Tim) Maleski of Cecil; four grandchildren, Michael and Matthew (Laura) Tharp, whom she and David helped raise, Christopher (Michelle) and Sean Maleski; three sisters, Rose Farren of Ohio, Grace Kiskadden and Mable Cross, both of Washington; a brother, Edward Moore of Washington; and six great-grandchildren, Aria Engel, Ryan Tharp, Kaylee Tharp, Matthew and Noah Tharp, and Max Maleski.
Deceased are four brothers, Edgar, Thomas, Buck, Short and Zeke Moore; three sisters, Helen Main, Dorothy Scott and Mary Medlan; a daughter, Wanda Balukas; and a grandson, Patrick Engel.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m., the time of a service, Thursday, October 26, in Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Services, 220 E. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, PA 15057.
