Betty J. Stewart, 92, of Washington, formerly of N. Fayette Twp.; passed on Sunday, September 3, 2023.

She was born June 29, 1931 in Steubenville, Ohio; a daughter of the late Harry William and Catherine T. Conn Monigold.

Betty was a Steubenville High School graduate class of 1949; she worked for Mobay which is now Bayer Cooperation in Robinson Twp., for over 17 years; where she retired in 1989.

On November 1, 1968 she married Robert I. Stewart; who passed February 1, 2019.

Betty and her husband loved to square dance. She enjoyed roller skating and working on word search puzzles.

Surviving are many cousins, Debbie R. (late Leland) Conn of Wintersville, Ohio; Terry (Lance) Conn, Sabrina (Jim) Yeske, Jonathan (Lindsay) Conn, Garrett (Jenna) Conn and Jared Conn.

A service will take place on Friday, September 8, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Fort Steuben Burial Estates in Wintersville, Ohio. Arrangements are entrusted to Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Service LLC. 218 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057
