Dr. Dale Louis DeConcilis
Dr. Dale Louis DeConcilis, 74, of Washington, passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family on September 3, 2023.
Dale was born on June 17, 1949, in Uniontown, a son of the late Frank and Emily DeConcilis.
He attended Uniontown High School Class of 1967. After graduating High School, he studied at St. Vincent College, graduating in 1971, and at Pennsylvania State College of Optometry, graduating in 1976.
On August 24, 1991, he married his best friend and true love, Joyce DeConcilis.
Dale was the proud owner of DeConcilis Eye and Vision Center in Canonsburg, for 41 years before his retirement.
He was an avid golfer, loved cooking, and enjoyed his time spent with family at the beach on Pawleys Island.
He loved nothing more than having a bowl of spaghetti, spending time with his family, and drinking a glass of Bulleit Rye.
Dale is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by best friend and wife Joyce DeConcilis; daughters, Julie (Tommy) and Chelsea (Michael); sons, Shawn (Melissa) and Brandon; grandchildren, Gracie, Addie, DeCon, Anna Lou, Dakota, and Kole, and his best friend/dog Penny.
