William Dayton Crouse Jr.

William Dayton Crouse Jr. passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023. He was born January 2, 1955, to the late William “Will” and Loretta “Pat” Crouse Sr. in Washington.
He was a 1972 graduate of McGuffey High School and a 1976 graduate of Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
He was a manager for Pizza Hut and most recently a driver for A+ expedite.
He loved sports and was a baseball umpire for many years. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and golf. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and former member of the Anawanna Club.
He is survived by his brother, Randy (Kathie) Crouse; sister, Crystal (James) Culbertson; girlfriend, Belinda Warner; and housemate, Robin Stebler; niece, Elizabeth Anne (Seth) Nettles; nephews, Todd (Barb) Kearns, Shawn (Jessica) Kearns; and many other great-nieces, nephews and friends.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation. There will be a celebration of life from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, September 22, in the American Legion Post #175, 168 Park Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
