Jeremy Lee Yeager, 37, of Carmichaels, died Thursday, September 21, 2023, in Washington Hospital.

A memorial service, with Pastor Carpenter, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, in the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, PA 15320 (724-966-5100).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home.
