Mary Noble
Mary Noble, 96, of Washington, died on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in Allegheny General Hospital.
She was born on December 14, 1926, in Braznell, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Magda Margie.
A member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, she had worked for many years at Duncan Miller Glass.
Mary was a lifetime Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed WWF Wrestling. She loved playing bingo, but her greatest joy was the time she spent with her beloved family.
Surviving are four children: Mary Ann Gilbert of Washington, Cathy (Gary) Yoders of Washington, Robert W. (Tammy) Noble of Washington and Tammy Noble of West Alexander; seven grandchildren: Terry (Stacie) Tennant, Gary L. (Tammy) Gilbert, Jr., Christina (Chase) Patterson, Nicole (Aaron) Yoders, Gary (Mariah) Yoders, David (Mickayla) Shoup and Mariah (AJ) Dicello; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Melony Anderson and Jacquelyn Gilbert; and three siblings, William Margie, Elizabeth Shimrock and George Margie.
Friends and family are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
She will be sadly missed by all her friends at the Greenery. Thanks to the Greenery for showing so much love and support to our mother. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
