Gov. Tom Corbett opted out of having the state set up its own health care exchange because, in his words, “Pennsylvania taxpayers and businesses deserve more. They deserve informed decision-making and a strong plan that responsibly uses taxpayer dollars.”

Governor, doesn’t that also apply to legislation like the Voter ID law that was ill-conceived, poorly implemented and ultimately has cost millions of taxpayer dolllars?

You are right, we do deserve better.
