When are the powers-to-be in the Steelers organization going to learn that:

• When you hire a head coach with absolutely no qualifications, you get a totally unqualified head coach.

•When you retain a defensive coordinator who is resting on his laurels, you get a defense that allows your opponents to create theirs.

• The only thing that the prevent defense prevents is winning.

• When the symptoms of your team are dropped passes, fumbles and excessive penalties, the diagnosis is poor coaching.

Mike Tomlin and Dick LeBeau have to go if the Steelers are going to have any chance of returning to glory.
