Crunching more numbers on smoking

Bill Ursic crunched some numbers in a letter last Sunday on employees who smoke on the job, and I want to ask him to crunch some more.

What about employees who play games on their computers? What about those who text or make personal calls? Those who take an extra five minutes of lunch a few times a week? Does he actually think anyone works every second they are on the clock? Why do you think there are only smokers or non-smokers in the world? Do you think employers should start timing restroom breaks, too?

Why can’t people just use common sense instead of nonsense?
