I was shocked to learn of the increased price of fundraising candies made by Sarris Candies of Canonsburg.

Upon checking the company’s website, I discovered that they doubled the size as well as the price. Few people will want to buy their fundraising candy now. A $1 candy bar is easy to justify, but $2 is not. There is an outbreak of obesity in America, and things like a Sarris double-sized candy bar don’t help. I wonder if they bothered to do a marketing study before making this decision. I am very disappointed in Sarris.
