The recent revelations about the real Jesse White have left me disappointed and discouraged.

His behavior is wrong on so many levels and it wasn’t a one-time thing. It was a pattern of vicious character assassinations inflicted upon those who dared to disagree with the “great and powerful” Jesse White, who has turned out to be quite a little man. Now we know the real Jesse White: a cowardly, libeling cyberbully who hid behind ficticious people to launch his invectives.

He’s all tough and full of bravado when he’s Victoria Adams, Cindy McPherson or Frank Reynolds. But let the bright light of truth shine on the overturned rock of his darker personality and he scurries away, initially blaming the oil and gas industry and then apologizing and urging people to move on.

Jesse White is a state representative who, in his cyber-disguise, described others, including constituents he represents, as “mouth-breathers,” “whores,” “trolls,” “dumber than a box of rocks,” and “moles.” One constituent he victimized by urging the boycott of his small business. Another victim was a Cecil Township grandmother and constituent who was frightened by the escalating taunts and threats from what we now know was the real Jesse White.

I used to be a supporter of Jesse White and contributed to his campaign. No more. I admired his willingness to stand up and fight for what he believed in. Now I know the real Jesse White. He’s not a champion of the people with an “S” emblazoned on his chest, but a troll lurking under a cyber-bridge ready to attack anyone who dares to cross him.
