Blame lies with the Democrats

I must disagree with Bracken Burns’ letter on Oct. 12 blaming Republicans for the mess inside the Beltway.
Republicans played hardball, softball and then caved to give Obama everything he said he wanted. No surprise to me, Obama and Reid moved the goalposts and demanded more.
The Democrats wanted a shutdown so they and their loyal media could blame all problems on Republicans. Low-information voters will believe their lies and vote for them in 2014.
The Obamacare website doesn’t work after three years to build it. It was budgeted at $90 million. It is now at $700 million and probably will not work at the end of the year when coverage is supposed to start. Forbes says it’s intentional because Obama doesn’t want people to know how high their cost will be until it is too late. In either case, aren’t you getting a clue that the Obama administration can’t and shouldn’t be in charge of your health care?
As to their allegiance to the USA, they bar World War II vets from their memorial, which was built with private money, but open the park for illegal immigrants to demonstrate for amnesty.
