A mandatory casino theft was fine tossed out last week by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

I would really like to know who originated and who approved this law – a mandatory $75,000 fine for stealing $200 worth of chips!

“The state said the fine was intended to deter behavior that would undermine (confidence) in the gambling industry,” a news story said.

I still can’t stop laughing.
