Where are Washington road crews?

I am a working citizen of the city of Washington, and I’m fed up with uptown streets not being cleared by 9:00 a.m., which is the normal starting time for working people.

Where are the road crews? Did they go on strike before winter and we just didn’t know it? Apparently city council members work in other areas of the county, because no one is doing anything to remedy this problem.

The last time I looked at my paycheck, I’m still paying for the privilege to work in Washington, so the city should start earning that tax and clear the roads.
