Tired of speeding on Jefferson

I am sick and tired of cars speeding on Jefferson Avenue in Washington.

Jefferson Avenue is not a three-lane highway. It is a road with a school zone on a good stretch of it. Just because there is a turning lane does not make it a three-lane highway. It is unpleasant to pull off into any of the business located along Jefferson Aveneu without cars speeding up behind you. It is ridiculous and I never see anyone getting a speeding ticket.
