Why do some residents of Canonsburg continue to park their cars on sidewalks and lawns?

If residents are permitted to park their cars on sidewalks and lawns, the codes need to be changed. It’s obvious some residents have no respect for walkers or pride in their property.

Something should be done to stop this situation.
