Confidence lost in big-box stores

The big-box stores that were so busy restocking for spring and fall in January that they ran out of ice-melt, and had no intention of acquiring more, might be interested in knowing that the local hardware store that had ice-melt when I needed it is getting my spring and summer business.
The big-box stores will have an opportunity to reacquire my confidence and business next winter.
