Climate change is a hoax

The notion that we need to do something about man-made climate change is ludicrous. The hoax is designed in order for the misinformed to continue to vote for bigger government and spending more money on something that has not been proven. The charade is more evident every day, as the man-made climate change hucksters are trying to get new laws passed.
Every prediction of dire consequences has proven to be wrong. The computer models only can show accurate results if truthful data is entered. There is no proven evidence that man-made activities contribute to climate change. When scientists are pressured to give a report most say that it is “likely man is the cause”. It’s all conjecture and wishful thinking.
In January, we had an example of this. Predictions of the worst blizzard ever recorded for New York City caused panic because the models called for a storm that never materialized.
I welcome harnessing wind, solar and tidal energy if it is practical, but we can’t be forced to abandon proven energy sources.
Who are we to say we have had a perfect climate for the past several hundred years? Historically, Earth has had large temperature swings and unusual weather patterns. Granted, men have contaminated water, caused dust bowls by improper farming, deforestation and the extinction of some animals by overhunting. Carbon dioxide levels may be high, but are they triggering climate change? That’s a stretch by anyone’s wild imagination.
It seems that we always need to be worried, or be made feel guilty about our lifestyle by elitist pseudo-experts who will say anything to keep the funding for their studies active. The truth is that we cannot change the climate, for better or for worse. We do not, nor ever will have that ability.
