How can we survive if economic collapse comes to America?

First, don’t depend on the powerful and the money-hungry among us to save you. They won’t.

Second, don’t depend on the great mass of people who just want to “go along to get along.” They can’t.

Third, beware of ideologues who promise much and produce nothing of substance. They don’t know what to do and they are waiting for someone else to do it for them.

So, what can we do in the event of economic catastrophe? Become self-sufficient personally, then locally, then regionally. Yes, its incremental.

Promote and make purchases from only local farmers, dairymen, tradesmen or craftsmen. Concentrate mostly on basic needs.

In short, by working within the “golden rule,” you work to sustain yourself, and with the extra production of your efforts, you can barter with others regarding their product, and together you survive and protect each other.
