Bob Kipp, the borough manager in Canonsburg, says limiting parking to one side of the street on the east side of Canonsburg is working. The residents hate it. We can’t have visitors come to our homes since there isn’t enough parking. Some residents have signed a petition against it.

It’s discrimination and against our civil liberties. It’s unfair.
