Why do we need to build a pavilion for the Main Street Farmers Market?

What is wrong with using the main pavilion at the Washington Park for the farmers market? It’s already there, and probably ready to go.

Who comes up with these ideas? I think people should start using more common sense. Use something that’s already there and save thousands of dollars.
