Now that Jerry Sandusky’s pension has been restored following a ruling by Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court, he has funds to reimburse the commonwealth’s legal and prison systems for expenses incurred for prosecuting, providing extra security, and housing him.

Plus, since he will be receiving $4,900 a month from his pension, he can pay for his room, board and other incidentals.
