I have lived in the Burgettstown area my entire life and I am also a lifelong Democrat. There is a swampy area in Burgettstown that I refer to as a “mosquito haven.” With all the issues in the news about diseases being transmitted by mosquitoes, I thought now would be the time to address this issue.

I reached out to our state senator, Camera Bartolotta, a Republican, and she assured me that she might have this “mosquito haven” looked at.

After getting such a positive response, I recognized that it doesn’t really matter what your party affiliation is. It’s about who is willing to get something accomplished.
