I was very happy to see the editorial “Remember Our Vets” on Nov. 11, but was very disheartened when I read it to find that more than half of it was a discourse about the Nov. 8 election. You had your chance to write about the election the day before, but instead chose to leave that space almost entirely blank.

I find this editorial to be disrespectful toward our veterans, and sincerely hope that in the future you will stick to the subject at hand and not mix honoring our veterans with your opinions about the election.
