Trumpcare defeat is a victory
“Never before in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few!” During the early days of World War II, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill spoke these eloquent words in tribute to the small band of Royal Air Force fighter pilots who neutralized massive air attacks against the British mainland.
Today, much-closer-to-home parallels are easily drawn between that event and the recent surrender of Trumpcare, brought about by a small band of members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Such actions, if sustained, will serve the sweet nectar of victory to millions of deserving and despairing Americans.
