The Wednesday edition of the Observer-Reporter announced the closing of the Greene County Education Center, operated by Westmoreland County Community College.
Who’da thunk it?
Nearby California University of Pennsylvania is losing students, and there is already a university in Waynesburg adequately meeting the needs of prospective students in a relatively small market. Didn’t Westmoreland Community College do a market study before trying to compete in Waynesburg?
If they had only asked the market of millennials they were targeting, they would have learned that millennials already know it all.
