Kudos to Sandy Mansmann, the coordinator of the Washington County History & Landmarks Foundation, for her efforts in getting Malcolm Parcell’s Moon Lorn property in Prosperity selected for preservation on the 2017 Pennsylvania at Risk list. This shows how important the arts are in Western Pennsylvania and it celebrates the life and work of a great artist. Well done!
