Put pot on campus
There are two issues that appear in the news almost daily: where to grow and process medical marijuana; and how the state can fund the struggling Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
Why not take the two problems and create one solution? Issue the licenses to grow and process medical marijuana to each of the 14 state-funded universities, and allow them to profit from this experiment.
