The meaning of courage

I hope everyone would watch or listen to the talk John McCain gave to his fellow senators when he returned to the Senate floor after his surgery.

This man personifies the meaning of courage. He chose not to leave his men while a prisoner of war, and stood up for us with a little scolding to his fellow senators for their behavior.

I am and always will be a liberal Democrat – there’s no shame in that – but I would gladly stand in line just to shake McCain’s hand.
