LETTER Clear the streets in Washington

I’ll make this short and not so sweet. I’d like answers as to why the City of Washington doesn’t feel the need to plow and take care of the roads uptown near and next to the Washington County Courthouse and surrounding streets.

Understanding Main Street is controlled by the state, its still the artery of the city. The city’s road department obviously doesn’t start until noon, or they’re depending on people who work uptown to clear the roads themselves.

Wake Up Washington! We need our roads clear by 6:00 a.m.
