I do not know what sort of congressman Conor Lamb would be, but, especially now, any Democrat is preferable to any Republican.

Although I usually impugn lots of Democratsas being little more than Republican-Lite, the state and national Republican representatives

I’ve observed over the last few decades have, by and large, thoroughly disgusted me. Bill Clinton would have been sufficiently disappointing in his own right, but, amplified by the partisan hysteria of Newt Gingrich, we suffered years of slapstick cabaret.

Invoking Nancy Pelosi as bogeywoman in the anti-Lamb ads is amusing, especially considering what a moronic horror-show Republicans have staged under Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. Their witless synergy with and toadying to the president is epically loathsome.

It’s time to throw open the doors in that ill-lit village on the knoll and fumigate and ventilate.

Renounce the GOP. Democrats – Meh … Republicans – Nyet, nyet, nyet!
