LETTER Animal abuse case inexcusable
It is painfully obvious that the situation with the abused animals in Chartiers Township was allowed to continue and deteriorate until it reached the most deplorable conditions. Why were these people allowed to flaunt and disrespect the law to such an extent? Where was effective enforcement, which is supposed to protect innocent animals?
Five times in a dozen years? Many questions need to be answered!
