More rest areas, please

Being a resident of Thomas Campbell Apartments in Washington, I hear a lot of people discussing a variety of topics.

The thing I hear most though deals with rest areas at CVS and Shop ‘n’ Save. I would think that rest areas at those businesses would offer relief to a lot of people. If they would be given a place to sit and stay dry, they would be more than happy.
