Why don’t we keep aid money here?

With all of the problems caused by giving aid to Ukraine, why can’t we keep the money here and use it for our own good?

We probably borrow some or all of it from you-know-who, anyway. We could have divided that aid money among each state.

One person who would welcome some extra money is our own tax-and-spend governor, Tom Wolf, who wants a large increase in the state budget with a vague, at best, way to pay for it.
