LETTER: Kudos to Fern Sibert

Kudos to Fern Sibert and the Feb. 18 article regarding her cleanup of trash along interstates.

I also belong to a group that cleans up trash. I am now a retired RN after working full time for 42 years. I believe people on welfare and incarcerated individuals should be picking up trash along the roads, unless they have some form of disability.

This a perfect job to help beautify Washington County.
