If the Supreme Court can rule against mandates related to COVID-19, why do I have to comply with drug and alcohol testing at work? Or, for that matter, why do I have to show up for jury duty?

If people are allowed to spread a deadly virus with reckless abandon, I don’t see how a police officer is legally able to arrest a drunk driver. Or how an employer has any business testing a worker’s urine for drugs.

The Supreme Court is setting a dangerous precedent.
