Washington Health System Teen Outreach held its 14th Black History Month Essay Contest. Winners of the contest, sponsored by Washington Health System, read their essays at Art Night on Feb. 22 at the Common Ground Teen Center in Washington. The top three are published each February in the Observer-Reporter.
