Bob Edgar and Patti Johnson took the O-R along when they visited Bob’s granddaughter Kim Knox in Sedona. They took a helicopter tour over the Sedona area.

Sara Greenlee of Scenery Hill and her daughter, Paige Greenlee of Tampa, Fla. took the O-R along when they traveled to Los Angeles to enjoy the New Year watching the Rose Bowl parade and the Penn State - USC football game.

Franklin Kuzy and Karen Sue Kuzy took the O-R along to ancient Petra in the Natiion of Jordan. It is an entire city hand carved and sculpted out of sheer rock. It is over 2000 years old but was abandoned by the 7th century A.D. and lay forgotten until it’s discovery in 1812.

Reca Panian, of East Washington, took the Observer-Reporter with her to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park. She was accompanied by her son Joel, of Jacksonville, FL, as she celebrated her 65th birthday in the great state of Wyoming.

Bryan Spencer of Dallas, TX with wife Karla and 3 children , Caroline, Will and Vivienne. His mother ,Carol Spencer, is a lifetime resident of Washington and they were fortunate enough to have her vacation with them in Eastham, MA (Cape Cod). She had brought along the O-R for him and his wife to read and catch up on their hometown. They are pictured here at the Eastham Windmill, the oldest windmill on Cape Cod. This particular windmill was constructed by Eastham resident Thomas Paine in Plymouth in 1680. His wife Karla Kopsack Spencer is a 1993 graduate of Beth-Center and grew up in Richeyville. Brian Spencer is a 1994 graduate of Wash High.

The Chappel Family vacationed in Italy for a 17 Days visiting the Tuscany Region, staying outside of San Gimignano and Positano on the Amalfi Coast. On the trip were: Jasper Owen, Chris Chappel, Elissa Chappel, Jeff Welnick, Lisa and Tom Chappel and the O-R!

Sam Post and his family took the O-R along on a cruise to Alaska aboard the Cruiseship Celebrity Millennium. They were celebrating his son David and Laura’s upcoming 30th wedding anniversery. Left to right: Steven, Sam, Randy, Laura and David. They were on the ship for seven days and on land for several days ending at Fairbanks, Ala. where they saw the huge Alaska oil pipeline. They took a six hour trip into the interior of Denali National Park where they saw numerous wild animals including a grizzly bear and her two cubs.

Sisters Marilyn Ward of Washington and Linda Morgan of Canonsburg took the O-R along to Ocean City, Md. They enjoyed the surrey ride on the boardwalk!

Don Ritchey and Beverly Campbell of Washington took the O-R along on a 15 day bus trip touring such places as Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone, Upper Falls, Grand Canyon and the Badlands.

The Barney and Leadbitter family traveled with the O-R to the Virgin Islands. They visited St. Thomas and St. John.

Connie and Marge Constantine treated their 4 grandchildren, Hannah & Sarah, Nguyen, and Katie, & Erik Shelton and of course, the O-R, to a family cruise to Bermuda aboard the Anthem of the Seas in June 2017.

Carmen and Peggy Oliverio took the O-R along on a road trip to visit their two great grandson's that were born two days apart in April. The first stop was Baltimore, Md. to meet Juda Adset and then on to Hoover, Ala. to meet Badie Orndoff. On the way home they stopped in Williamstown, Ky. to visit the ARK. It is the biggest timber frame structure in the world at 510 ft. long, 85 ft. wide and 51 ft. high.

Jim and Marna Hicks took the O-R to the JFK Memorial in Hyannis, MA.

Nicholle and James Hollenbach took the O-R with them while they relaxed at Sapphire beach in St Thomas during our cruise through the Caribbean Sea. this wasbthe most beautiful place we have ever visited.
