California University lost a shootout, 8-7, to Millersville in the PSAC quarterfinals Thursday afternoon.. The two teams were tied 1-1 after two overtimes.Vulcans sophomore Jeffrey Kyei scored in the sixth minute before Millersville tied the score a little more than three minutes later on a goal from Ryan Rohrer.Cal, which qualified for the PSAC Tournament in back-to-back years for the first time since 2003-05, finished the year at 11-6-2.
