California University women’s basketball junior forward Ashley Hines was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive week Monday.

A transfer from Potomac State, Hines recorded her second double-double of the season Sunday during Cal’s 63-52 win over Seton Hill, scoring 21 points and pulling down 12 rebounds. The New Jersey native leads the team and ranks second in the PSAC in scoring at 19.7 points per game.
